  • What does my deposit go towards?
    Your deposit will be taken off of your final purchase amount.
  • When is my payment due after a live sale?
    After every live sale, the order will be aded to the website the next day and payment will be due 24 hours after that. For example, if there is a live sale on Monday night, the listings will be on the website Tuesday night, and payment will be due by Wednesday night.
  • When is my live sale deposit due?
    Live sale deposits are due the very first time you make a claim! If the live sale deposit isn't paid then the item will be put back to be claimed by another person.
  • Can I trade/return an item during the live sales?
    I do not allow trades or returns to be made during my live sales. Please make sure you are claiming something you genuenly want!
  • Why do I have to pay a live sale deposit?
    Live sale deposits are required for every new customer that buys from my shop. It is a one time fee that insures me that you genuenly want what you're claiming! I strive to offer fairness to all my customers and the live sale deposit allows me to do that.
  • What if an item I want is out of stock?
    If a general item (towers, tumbles, spheres ect.) is out of stock, it will be replaced! If it is a specific item you're looking for (statement piece, material, slab) shoot me a message on TikTok or Instagram and I'll get back to you on it.
  • What should I put in my order notes?
    You can put anything! If you're getting a mystery box then you can put crystals that you like or dont like. If you're looking for crystals with certain uses (help with relationships, anxiety, depression) you can add that as well!
  • Will my order automatically be in a vidoe?
    Order packaging videos will be done randomly. Unfortunately, I can't video every single order or orders wouldn't get out in time. Smaller orders will be in a video with multiple orders and larger orders will have their own videos.
  • Can I get insurance for shipping my crystals?
    Yes, of course! I'll alwys reccomed purchasing insurance especially if you're recieving a very fragile piece. Shipping insurance will compinsate you if your item get lost, stolen or it comes damaged. Shipping insurance can be purchased under the "extras" tab.
  • Will you refund me if my item comes broken?
    Refunds are not offered for damaged items. Once your item is dropped off at the post office I am no longer in control of how that item is handled. Crystals are wrapped generously in bubble wrap and surrounded by packing peanuts. This is to ensure maximum protection of your purchase. There is also "Fragile do not drop" stickers placed on the box to let the courier know to handle the package with care. I also reccomend buying insurance for your package, which I offer on my site!
  • Do you allow returns?
    Returns are not accepted.
