REFUNDS AND RETURNS

I do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on items. If you have any questions about your order before it is shipped I will be more than happy to answer them! Just shoot me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped I have no control over how the post office handles it. All of my products are generously wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by bio degradable packing peanuts to ensure maximum protection! I do offer Shipping insurance under the extras tab and it will cover the cost of all size of orders.
